Villa Amelia is about 29km distant from Rovinj. It is spread over two floors and has a capacity of 6-9 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated. Secured parking.
A local supermarket is about 600m from the house, where you can get all the basic groceries you need.
On
the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. In the attic is a bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet.
If you wish to dine outside the house, we can highly recommend The Speciality Restaurant Danijeli, located about 1km from the villa.
The villa additionally has a swimming pool, a Finnish sauna and a covered terrace with a large table for 8-10 people and two types of grills (electric and coal).
However, if you would like to go to the sea, the nearest beach is about 21 km from Villa Amelia, in the town of Vrsar. And for those who like adventure, you can visit the Adrenalin Park in Kringa, which is about 3 km
from the villa.
An extra strong WiFi signal covers the entire villa. There is a TV on every floor. An iron with an ironing board, a washing machine and a dryer will make you feel at home during your long stay.
If you would like Bed linen to be changed, we do this once a
week or as required.

Villa Amelia offers 3 very pleasant, quiet and sunny rooms. On the top floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an additional pull-out sofa. Next to the room is a large bathroom and a toilet. On the ground floor there are two more rooms with two single beds that share a large bathroom and a separate toilet. If needed, the sofa in the living room can be pulled out and serve as an extra bed for two people or children.
