Villa Antonia

For 22 years, our family has maintained the tradition of always giving you a warm welcome!

Each of our guests always comes first - and by constantly improving our service, we strive to meet your needs and wishes.

The location of the villa gives you privacy and tranquillity, even though it is in the centre of Rovinj:

- 10 minutes walk to the old centre of Rovinj.

- 10 minutes walk to the pebble beach

The villa's garden, filled with the scents of Mediterranean plants, offers you and your children a peaceful oasis of relaxation and leisure.

Villa Antonia has a total of 14 very comfortable rooms with balcony and bathroom. Each room also has a kitchenette. Of these, there are 6 double rooms with double bed and 8 triple rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned (heating and cooling).

Parking spaces are available for all guests.

Villa Antonia offers its guests a service on the level of a small boutique hotel, which:

- Check-in is at 15h and check-out is at 10h.

- Towels are changed every third day or as required.

- Bed linen is changed weekly.

- Provision of additional options on request.

- Unfortunately, we can not accept pets. We kindly ask you to take       note of this.

Villa Amelia

New to our family is the beautiful, idyllic Villa Amelia in Kringa.

Villa Amelia is about 29km distant from Rovinj. It is spread over two floors and has a capacity of up to 6 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated. Secured parking.

On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. In the attic is a bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet.

The Villa additionally has a swimming pool, a Finnish sauna and a covered terrace with a large table for 8-10 people and two types of grills (electric and coal).

An extra strong WiFi signal covers the entire villa. There is a TV on every floor. An iron with an ironing board, a washing machine and a dryer will make you feel at home during your long stay.

The daily price includes: rent, electricity, cold and hot water, air conditioning or heating, parking space, large table, 2 types of grills (electric or charcoal), sauna, pool.

Villa Amelia offers its guests an idyllic and peaceful holiday, with every comfort, surrounded by beautiful nature.

- Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
